At our restaurant, we use fresh ingredients carefully selected each day by the head chef. Our kaiseki cuisine features seasonal ingredients that reflect the beauty of the four seasons, with some dishes finished over a traditional charcoal grill right in front of the guests. Guests can enjoy not only the taste, but also the aromas and sounds as part of the full dining experience.

We offer refined private spaces suitable for welcoming important clients and hosting business dinners or gatherings. Private rooms are also available for as few as two guests, allowing you to relax and enjoy conversation in a quiet setting without concern for the surrounding environment.

Our restaurant is also suitable for important family occasions such as formal family meetings, engagement ceremonies, longevity celebrations, and first-meal ceremonies for infants. For celebratory events, we thoughtfully allow time for photographs and signing marriage registration documents, and we also provide complimentary rental items such as traditional celebratory vests. In addition, the space is well suited for memorial gatherings and family ceremonies.

For larger events such as company banquets, class reunions, and family gatherings, we offer dedicated banquet halls. We provide medium-sized banquet rooms for up to 20 guests and large banquet halls for up to 50 guests, with rooms selected according to the occasion and event needs.

We offer a variety of course meals suitable for many different occasions. Among them, our most recommended option is the ¥16,500 chef’s selection course, which includes wagyu sukiyaki, a assortment of six kinds of seasonal sashimi, and premium abalone dishes. Please enjoy our signature kaiseki cuisine made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients chosen by the head chef.

We also offer all-you-can-drink options, which are quite rare for a traditional ryotei. Guests may choose between the standard 2-hour plan for ¥2,200 or a premium 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan for ¥3,500, which includes selections such as Chita whisky and sparkling wine.

At the store, we offer “Nishiki Signature Sansho Kombu” (200g / ¥5,500).Available for home use, souvenirs, or gifts, so please feel free to ask.We invite you to enjoy our carefully crafted flavor.
